Broad Oak Medical Practice in Nottingham is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) for a part-time role of 17.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient care through history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation. Broad Oak Medical Practice are looking for an ANP/ACP for 17.5hours per week.

Key duties will include:

Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
