The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Fellowship Programme Director to manage and ensure the quality of the Fellowship Programme, specifically focusing on Foundation fellowship year 3. The role involves collaborating with lead educators and medical personnel to guarantee that each placement meets educational standards and provides trainees with a comprehensive range of experiences necessary for their competency development. Additionally, the Director will monitor trainee attendance and performance, develop evidence collection methodologies, and produce annual reports for leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Fellowship Programme Coordinator to recruit fellows, conduct appraisals, and cross-cover with colleagues overseeing earlier fellowship years. Candidates must be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and will be employed under NHS Consultant terms.
