The role involves conducting home assessments, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, taking clients on outings, and contributing to service development. Candidates can be considered for a band 6 position based on their skills and experience, and will be responsible for developing tailored treatment plans to enhance clients' functional abilities despite their mental health challenges.
