The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their Inpatient Rehabilitation Service at North Cambs Hospital in Wisbech. This role focuses on supporting inpatient rehabilitation, including holistic clinical assessments, rehabilitation, discharge planning, and providing specialized therapy knowledge. The successful candidate will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, managing their own caseload while overseeing the work of Band 5 Therapists and Assistant Practitioners. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing rehabilitation programs, engaging with patients and their families, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
