The Administration Officer role at the Sunderland Crisis Admin Team within Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust involves providing essential administrative support to a multidisciplinary team that addresses mental health crises for individuals over the age of 16. The successful candidate will manage complex diary schedules, conduct live typing during team meetings, update patient information systems, and coordinate subsequent actions, all while ensuring a high-quality administration service.

Candidates should possess strong experience with Microsoft Office, electronic record systems, and general office procedures, alongside excellent customer service and communication skills. This full-time position entails working Monday to Friday in an office setting and requires confidence in handling sensitive situations and effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
