The role of "Locum GP 4-6 Sessions" at Inworth Road with Primary Care Careers offers an opportunity to work within a friendly and innovative GMS practice in North-East Essex for 6 months, with a commitment of 4-6 sessions per week. The practice, which serves around 12,000 patients, boasts a supportive team including two partners, seven salaried GPs, and a skilled nursing team, with no nursing home commitments currently. Additionally, the practice has a strong focus on continuous professional development (CPD), with interests spanning minor surgery, women's health, and mental health, and is looking to become a training practice.

How would you like to join us for 4-6 sessions a week for 6 months as a locum GP?

We are a friendly, busy and innovative GMS practice in north-east Essex where work-life balance is not just a buzzword. We are offering a very competitive rate of pay.

The team comprise of two supportive partners, 7 salaried GPs with the ambition to attract a further GP in addition to this role. We have an excellent nursing team with specialist skills in diabetes, asthma and COPD, 4 ANPs, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 HCAs, 2 Pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician.

We are an award-winning, semi-rural practice of approximately 12,000 patients in Tiptree, North-East Essex, the jam-making capital of the universe. We are in an ideal location close to nearby rail links direct to London and easy access to the east coast. We do not currently have any nursing home commitments and recently employed an ANP for our patients palliative care needs and home visits. We have active interests in minor surgery, women's health, mental health and pride ourselves at delivering excellent CPD. We actively encourage the pursuit of areas of personal clinical interest for the benefit of our patients and mutual CPD opportunities with an immediate ambition for us to become a training practice.
