The position aims to enhance safety and support for children in Croydon, with duties involving collaboration in the MASH, attendance at the Croydon Safeguarding Children Partnership, and engagement in other multi-agency forums. Candidates will be evaluated through interviews scheduled for December 10, 2025.
Croydon health service integrated safeguarding team (CHSIST) are seeking to appoint an experienced specialist practitioner with in-depth knowledge of child protection and advanced analytical skills for safeguarding children.
The post holder will be required to rotate between workingas the MASH health professional within the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), based within Croydon Local Authority premises and Safeguarding Advisor role for CHSIST (includes adult,maternity and children looked after).
Interviews: 10th December 2025
The main duties include not only rotating in to Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), But also:-
Supervision including group and 1 to 1 supervision.
Covering acute service in the hospital including emergency department.Attending Croydon Safeguarding Children Partnership (CSCP), MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference), MACE (Multi-Agency Child Exploitation).
