Sirona care & health CIC is seeking Specialist Community Public Health Nurses, also known as Health Visitors, to join their team in Bristol and North Somerset. Successful candidates will work full-time or part-time with children and families, focusing on empowering them to make informed health decisions that enhance wellbeing and improve child outcomes. The role involves delivering mandated contacts guided by the Healthy Child Programme, collaborating with various agencies to address health inequalities, and advocating for families with limited access to services.

Candidates should be mobile and organized, as visits will take place in diverse settings such as homes and community venues. New staff will benefit from a comprehensive 6-month preceptorship program, regular clinical supervision, and access to additional training. The position emphasises safeguarding children, community engagement, and the promotion of health and wellbeing within the local population.
