As a Senior Biomedical Scientist Histology, you will: Have in depth knowledge of Histology to support the training and development of other staff members.

As a Senior Biomedical Scientist you will have:

To be HCPC registered.

Relevant laboratory experience in histology with multi-disciplinary biomedical science.

Extensive histology experience, with knowledge to accompany this at specialist diploma level.

Good working knowledge of different histological techniques, ideally with dissection experience.

Good working knowledge of different analytical equipment in a range of multi-disciplinary techniques.

Good understanding of laboratory processes and day to day running of a laboratory.

The ability to understand how vital it is to maintain good customer relationships and provide high levels of service in a modern pathology laboratory.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
