Join Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as a General Manager within our dynamic Perioperative Department at the University Hospital of Wales. This pivotal role seeks a resilient leader to oversee the bustling theatre complex, the largest in Wales, with around 40 theatres and a dedicated team of approximately 800 staff members. This 12-month fixed term/secondment opportunity invites you to make a significant impact in a supportive environment filled with experienced clinicians and middle managers.
