You will be working in a supportive environment, responsible for developing and coordinating the Berkshire Talking Therapies Employment service. Predominantly developing training plans, overseeing service performance and data, and providing supervision and line management to Employment Advisors. You will hold a small caseload helping people that are experiencing low mood and/or anxiety with practical employment matters.

Flexibility is essential for this role, with a combination of working remotely from home and travelling across Berkshire as and when required.

You will:

  • Support the monitoring of the performance and delivery of the Employment Service and keep the Service Managers updated on progress and any emerging issues, and work collaboratively to develop solutions

  • Produce and present regular data reports for the service to monitor our performance

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to Senior Employment Advisors

  • Support a small caseload of clients to find work, stay in work, or return to work after sick leave

  • Provide monthly one to one caseload reviews with Employment Advisors to problem solve and identify strategies to help support clients, guiding them individually in best practice

  • Offer support via telephone, video calls (Teams), emails, and face-to-face as needed

  • Offer varied and tailored support to individuals, using tools and resources to empower clients to resolve practical employment issues

  • Research national and local sources of employment support and guidance, adding to the team's bank of resources
