The End User Compute Support Analyst at NHS Business Services Authority in Newcastle upon Tyne serves as a primary contact for all technology-related issues faced by NHSBSA employees, providing first and second line support. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving incidents and service requests, ensuring adherence to service levels, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role entails diagnosing and fixing software and hardware issues, documenting requests through the IT service desk system, and installing and configuring new ICT equipment.
