The Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Lifestyle Practitioner for the Children and Family Weight Management Team in Stockton. This role involves collaborating with local schools to implement a Whole School Approach towards promoting healthy and active lifestyles through both summer and term-time programs. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to fulfill service requirements.

As part of the Healthy Child Pathway, the Lifestyle Practitioner will work within the Growing Well Growing Healthy (GWGH) team, partnering with Stockton on Tees Borough Council and other organisations to help children, young people, and their families achieve and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle in various settings, including home, school, and leisure activities.
