Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a full-time Waiting List Coordinator for its Obstetrics and Gynaecology department, focusing on managing the C-Section waiting list with some cross-cover duties for Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology. This permanent position involves collaboration within a small team, coordinated by a Senior Waiting List Co-Ordinator. Ideal candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, a thorough understanding of the 18-week RTT pathways, and familiarity with the Patient Access Policy and the PAS system, while upholding patient confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include scheduling C-Section dates, managing requests, updating patient information, and facilitating effective communication between patients, consultants, and theatre staff. The role also requires the monitoring of waiting lists to ensure compliance with local and national policies and documentation management according to Trust guidelines. Candidates must be prepared to handle patient inquiries and assist in maintaining accurate departmental records and theatre lists. Note that this position is not eligible for a Skilled Worker Visa.
