The Nursing Associate position in Hillingdon District Nursing, part of the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, involves providing nursing interventions to housebound patients within a community-based District Nursing team. The role is designed for both experienced and newly qualified Nursing Associates, emphasizing innovative approaches to care and career progression.
