NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a part-time Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their Mid Nottinghamshire NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) team in Kirkby in Ashfield. The role, requiring 22.5 hours of work per week, emphasises person-centred assessments, collaborative work in a multi-agency setting, and the ability to support assessment and review processes for NHS Continuing Healthcare, NHS Funded Nursing Care, and Section 117 aftercare. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, experience in person-centred assessments, and a good command of relevant legislation, including mental capacity assessments and deprivation of liberty safeguards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, reviewing healthcare needs, and ensuring the effective commissioning of services that meet the needs of eligible individuals. Proficiency in report writing and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications are essential for this role.
