The Occupational Therapist will hold professional accountability for their work and that of any supervised staff, while collaborating effectively with the therapy team. Strong communication skills are essential for motivating patients and obtaining informed consent. Additionally, the role will involve teaching and presenting to both qualified and unqualified staff, as well as participating in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
