Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister or Senior Charge Nurse for the G4 Acute Medical Ward dedicated to older patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a passion for enhancing patient care and a commitment to the Trust's motto of being safe, kind, and excellent. Responsibilities include managing the ward, assessing and implementing patient care programs, leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing staff recruitment and management, and ensuring clinical governance and risk management standards are met.
