North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking Phlebotomists to join their team in Bristol, offering positions that start at Band 2 and can progress to Band 3 after at least six months of training and competency completion. The roles require 25 hours per week, including shifts on weekends and public holidays. Duties primarily involve blood sampling for patients across various departments, including acute wards and specialty clinics. While prior phlebotomy experience is preferred, all applicants will be considered. Candidates must complete a basic literacy and numeracy assessment prior to the interview and demonstrate their skills in a practical assessment if they have experience. Training in NICU, fistula, and vascular procedures will also be provided.
