The role of Healthcare Support Worker - Gynaecology within the Women's Health Unit at Princess of Wales Hospital, part of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, involves supporting professional practitioners in delivering high standards of holistic care. Responsibilities include assisting with both clerical and clinical tasks, providing direct nursing care, performing basic clinical duties, and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
