The role of Community Midwife with the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust offers a dynamic opportunity for qualified midwives to oversee the comprehensive midwifery care of women and their families. Working on a shift basis at Wythenshawe Hospital, the midwife will coordinate clinical team management, uphold quality care standards, and participate in an on-call rota for home births. Responsibilities include leadership support, mentorship for midwives and students, and contributing to initiatives that enhance care quality.
