The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner (APNP) specializing in Paediatric Oncology to join their Enhanced Level A Shared Care Unit in Truro, Cornwall. This role involves providing advanced clinical care for paediatric oncology patients, managing their treatment and venous access, and contributing to the Unit's objectives and the Children's Cancer Operational Delivery Network. The successful candidate will engage in leadership, education, research, and clinical practice, working autonomously to deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The APNP will serve as a role model and expert in paediatric oncology, offering support and training to both medical and nursing staff. The position requires a strong commitment to holistic care for children and families, with a focus on advanced assessment, diagnosis, and management within established guidelines.
