The District Nursing Deputy Team Manager at Whittington Hospital NHS Trust in London is responsible for managing both human and financial resources of the nursing team under the guidance of the District Nurse Team Manager. The role involves ensuring effective and efficient delivery of nursing care, supervising and training junior staff, and maintaining high professional standards in patient care. The Deputy Team Manager will act as a liaison between community and hospital services to ensure continuity of care and will engage in health promotion activities.
