The Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Applied Psychologist for their multidisciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team in Walsall. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality psychological support to children, young people, and their families facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and group interventions, and collaborating closely with schools and community services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working within the community CAMH services, focused on collaboration with families and other professionals, and eager to contribute to service development and the training of local Doctorate Psychology Courses.

The position demands strong leadership skills, as the post holder will be accountable for their professional practice while supervising other psychological therapists, spearheading multi-disciplinary training and service audits, and ensuring the integration of psychological perspectives in service redesign.
