Job Summary: Counsellor IAPT Talking Therapies - Redhill
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed Counsellor for the IAPT Talking Therapies program in Redhill, focusing on delivering high-quality care and counselling for depression at Step 3. The role involves providing one-to-one counselling, assessments, and therapeutic group sessions using the Person Centered Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD) model, as per national IAPT standards and NICE guidelines.
Candidates must hold an approved PCE-CfD qualification or be an accredited counsellor willing to complete this qualification with a developmental plan. The position includes a hybrid work model requiring in-person sessions and evening or weekend availability.
