Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their specialist Perinatal Rosewood Mother and Baby Unit in Dartford. The role involves providing support under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of mothers and their infants. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating both individual and group activities, assisting with clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth service operations, monitoring mothers’ progress, and maintaining a therapeutic relationship while respecting cultural and linguistic differences.

Candidates must possess a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, previous experience in a similar environment, and skills in engaging with diverse individuals.
