The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a reliable and organized CYP Team Secretary to support the Child & Young People (CYP) Services Urgent Care for 22.5 hours per week. This office-based role offers some flexibility for home working and may require occasional evening clinic cover or travel to different locations for service needs. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, including referral processing, correspondence management, note-taking during meetings, and reception duties while ensuring confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include maintaining clinical systems, managing diaries, contacting young people and families to arrange appointments, and facilitating meetings. Additionally, the role involves data monitoring, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing email requests, and handling invoices.
