A new opportunity has arisen for a part time support worker/ healthcare assistant in Crawley supporting 1 individual 20 hours a week. Following a brain injury a couple of years ago our client suffers with short term memory loss as well as some issues with diet. The role will involve supporting the client with their diet and helping them integrate into the community.
The 20 hours a week will be set out as: Monday - Friday: 13:00 - 17:00. Key responsibilities include engaging with personalised routines, providing emotional support and companionship, aiding with accessing the community, meal and food preparation, maintaining accurate records of care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members.

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
