The Mental Health Support Team Bradford (MHST) is seeking a Project Support Officer (PSO) for a fixed term/secondment role to aid in enhancing service delivery within their innovative mental health support framework for children and young people. The PSO will collaborate closely with the clinical lead to organize, plan, and implement priority workstreams focused on system improvements until March 31, 2025, with potential for further funding to be determined. Applicants should possess strong IT and organisational skills, a passion for system enhancement, and experience managing NHS projects independently.

The role involves significant planning, reporting, and resource management in collaboration with an implementation group, aimed at supporting the continuous development of MHST services within educational settings. Candidates must have a proven ability to drive positive outcomes in previous NHS project work, while adhering to the Trust’s legal requirements for the right to work in the UK throughout their employment.
