Swan Medical Centre is seeking a proactive and motivated Paramedic to join the Bordesley East Primary Care Network (PCN) in Birmingham, which serves over 30,000 patients across five GP practices. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient care by working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate services. The Paramedic will engage in various responsibilities, including advising patients on healthcare, conducting specialized health checks, performing investigatory procedures, and supporting anticipatory care plans. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate health records.

Candidates should possess a degree in Paramedic Science or an equivalent qualification, relevant professional registration, and a valid driving license. Desired competencies include knowledge of NICE guidelines, advanced clinical practice, and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both patients and healthcare stakeholders.
