Join our award-winning Families' Health and Wellbeing 0-19 Service in Staffordshire as a Public Health Practitioner (Health Visitor) and make a real difference to the lives of children and families! We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual for a part-time role (22.5 hours a week) within our supportive Burton 0-19 Universal team, proudly recognised as the Maximising Experience at Work Excellence Team of the Year.

You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team and partner agencies across health, social care, and the local authority to provide personalised support for children and young people.
