Band 5: £28,407 to £34,581 a year Dependant on experience  PERMANENT 

We are delighted due to expansion and refurbishment of the Endoscopy unit on the Halton Site and as a result, an increase of our nursing staff to reflect this.

Whether you're a Band 5, Student Nurse or already qualified and looking to return to the profession, we have just the opportunity. We are looking to recruit a full-time nurse to our Endoscopy Unit here at Warrington and Halton Hospitals.

The successful applicant will be joining a very successful team that has a fantastic culture that endorses all of the Trust Values.

Endoscopy service has dedicated Clinical Educators who will facilitate all of your training requirements and ensure that you have a thorough induction.

Endoscopy is now one of the most exciting areas to work within the Trust due to the variable nature of the role and furthermore training will be provided in line with JAG - JETS accredited workforce criteria.

The successful applicant will work on their own initiative and also as part of a wider team. So if this opportunity appeals to you and you have a passion for the specialised area of Endoscopy, then this could be the position for you.

Warrington and Halton Endoscopy has access to 8 procedure rooms across the two sites. Our procedures are varied and diverse and include diagnostics, therapeutics and surveillance, gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy , colonoscopy, PEG insertion, bronchoscopy, EBUS, ERCP, TNE, all delivering high quality care to our patients. What's more, we also host the Bowel Screening Programme so there is a real range of specialisms to develop your skills and experience.

To succeed, you will need to be committed to delivering high quality, patient focused care with pride and respect, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide evidence of personal and professional development. With recent acute NHS experience as a must, we'll train you in our endoscopy services and along the way, you'll be supported by our Clinical Educators with access to some of most sought after bespoke courses to progress your knowledge and experience in this field.
