We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A Prison located in Littleton.
HMP Long Lartin is a male prison serving life sentences with a capacity for 690 inmates. Not well situated so you would need to drive.Hours
Shift patterns would be a mixture of days (9 and 12 hour shifts) and Weekends on a rota basis - 37.5 hours per week.Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £40,211 a year- depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checksAs a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
- undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
- Deliver non-judgemental care
- Build strong links with our partners and stakeholders
