Practice Plus Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse to join their team at HMP Long Lartin, a category A prison in Littleton. The role involves a mix of day and weekend shifts, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of up to £40,211 depending on experience. Responsibilities include delivering a nurse-led service to prevent hospital admissions, conducting medication rounds, responding to emergencies, assessing patients, and performing reception screenings, all while providing non-judgmental care and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders.
