The PDEU team have won multiple national and local awards and most recently received the quality mark for preceptorship all in recognition of the work they do to improve the experience of newly qualified nurses working at MYHT. During our recruitment events we will showcase key aspects of our services and share some of the amazing work at the Trust to ensure you are supported and valued within your preceptorship and future years as a Registered Nurse. Helping you to reach your full potential and feel confident to give the high standards of care to our service users across the Trust. By attending our event, you will have the chance to meet members of our nursing teams, along with opportunities to ask questions to our graduates. You will take part in a competitive interview process but will be encouraged to discuss your ambitions and address any questions you may have.
