Nexus Health Group is seeking part-time Access Hub Coordinators to join their team at the Sir John Kirk Close Surgery in London, offering 25 hours per week with varying shift patterns. The primary responsibility of the coordinators will be to assist patients in effectively accessing the services provided by the hub. This includes greeting and helping patients, managing inquiries with empathy, and performing administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. The role requires collaboration with the team to meet key performance indicators related to patient service delivery.
We are currently looking for Access Hub Coordinators to join our busy team and work at our Access Hub based at the Sir John Kirk Close Surgery.
We currently have part time opportunities(25hrs per week)
Shift hours- 13:30-18:30
Please note, the post holder might require to do early shifts depending on business needs.
It is the role of the Nexus Access Hub Coordinators to assist our patients to access our services in the most effective way possible. To facilitate this the postholder will undertake the following :
- Greet and assist patients in using our services
- Handle Patient enquiries courteously, efficiently and with empathy.
- Undertake administrative tasks with care and attention to details.
- Understand and work with the team to meet the key perfomance indicators for this role
