The Assistant Manager role in Hull with Brainkind involves coordinating services within the location and supporting the management of a multidisciplinary workforce dedicated to helping individuals with brain injuries. This position requires adherence to Brainkind’s policies and procedures while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of those supported. Responsibilities include staff management, budget monitoring, effective resource allocation, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The Assistant Manager will also engage with various stakeholders and participate in the recruitment and training of team members, emphasizing Brainkind's values. Additional tasks involve overseeing support plans, facilitating service user reviews, and contributing to the overall management of health and safety standards within the service. The role may require some unsociable hours and participation in an on-call rota, necessitating flexibility and a commitment to professional leadership within the organisation.
