Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a full-time Specialist Physiotherapist for the MSK team, based in either Llanelli or Carmarthen. The role involves delivering rehabilitation services that include hydrotherapy, gym exercise classes, and the Escape programme for patients with osteoarthritis. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Responsibilities also include contributing to continuous professional development, supervising junior staff, and participating in service evaluation and audit processes. Additionally, the position requires flexibility to provide a 7-day service and on-call respiratory support, with a preference for candidates who can communicate in Welsh.

Applicants should be prepared to work autonomously, utilizing their clinical and technical skills while supporting service modernisation efforts.
