A part-time Band 5 Community Nurse position is available with the Usk and Raglan District Nurse Integrated Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The role requires a motivated and professional individual capable of providing nursing care in patients' homes and in a clinic setting, including IV infusions, catheter management, and wound care. Candidates should possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic service that collaborates with a rapid medical team, and will undergo an induction program to build the necessary skills for community nursing. While speaking Welsh is desirable, applications from both Welsh and English speakers are welcomed.
