South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medical Secretary/Higher Medical Secretary to join the Paediatrics & Neonates department at The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. The role, which requires working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, offers a band 3 or band 4 position depending on the candidate's prior experience in medical secretarial roles. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to medical staff, ensuring efficient organisation of their workload, and contributing to service success.

Candidates should possess significant secretarial experience, ideally within a healthcare setting, alongside strong IT and communication skills.
