The role of Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare involves providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception area, support with show rounds, follow up and manage sales enquiries, and assist the Home Administrator as required. As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area and ensuring it is always presented to a high standard, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
