The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Acute and Emergency Medicine role at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves providing a high-quality, proactive clinical pharmacy service within the Emergency Floor. The successful candidate will work alongside a well-established clinical pharmacy team, supporting the Lead Pharmacist in enhancing pharmacy services, medicines management, and clinical training for staff in acute and emergency care. Responsibilities include delivering advanced clinical services, offering pharmaceutical expertise to medical and nursing staff, acting as an independent prescriber, and participating in therapeutic drug monitoring.
