An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Governance team who are a highly motivated and enthusiastic team as the Governor and Membership Engagement Officer.
To work with the Trust Secretary and Deputy Trust Secretary to support the Trusts Governors and Members to fulfil their general duties.
The successful candidate will have a knowledge of, and experience in, organising public/patient/stakeholder engagement, events management, meetings, communications and public relations techniques, approaches and procedures.
37 hours 30 minutes/week
The ideal candidate must have:
The ability and confidence to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to build effective relationships both within and outside of the organisation.
Degree level of equivalent relevant work experience/qualifications and an understanding of corporate governance.
Knowledge of, and experience in, organising public/patient/stakeholder engagement, events management, meetings, communications and public relations techniques, approaches and procedures.
Experience in the provision of high-quality Board level administrative support, including high quality minute-taking at corporate meetings.
