Job Summary: Recovery Workers - Prevention & Engagement (Fixed Term)

We Are With You is seeking Recovery Workers for a fixed-term role until March 31, 2025, in Stoke-on-Trent. The Recovery Workers will support individuals facing challenges related to substance misuse by collaborating with them to create achievable recovery plans. Responsibilities include maintaining client safety, tracking progress, updating records, and working alongside various social care providers like Housing.

The role involves initial client engagement, motivating individuals to pursue positive life changes, and providing assessments. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts required.
