The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Imaging Reception Team Leader for its Imaging Directorate in Stoke-on-Trent. This role involves supervising a team of reception and helpdesk staff to ensure exceptional service for patients, staff, and visitors. The position requires flexibility to work four days at Royal Stoke and one day at County Hospital each week. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a customer-focused role, strong supervisory and IT skills, and excellent communication abilities. The team leader will manage daily operational tasks, staff rotas, and sickness, while effectively prioritizing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
