Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist specializing in Palliative Care to join their team in Swansea. This community-based role involves working with patients with cancer and advanced long-term conditions, including providing coverage for the Ty Olwen inpatient unit as needed. The successful candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized assessments, goal-directed interventions, and rehabilitation services, while also contributing to service development and quality improvement.

Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, alongside sound clinical knowledge.
