Band 7: £46,840 to £53,602 a year Per annum  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

The clinical nurse specialist in urological oncology will act as a key worker for patients throughout their cancer journey.

Provided providing person centered compassionate care to patients and their families.

Holistically assess patients' needs and plan individual person centered are around those needs.

Have an in-depth knowledge and expertise in the specialty to provide patient information, advice and clinical care. To provide education and be a resource to other health care professionals

To act as a key worker providing evidence based individualised patient care according to the patients changing health care needs, through holistic needs assessment (HNA)

To offer patients and families the support of a Clinical Nurse Specialist in symptom control, social, emotional and spiritual care.

To offer advice, support and education to clinical teams across the cancer centre and Local health Boards where appropriate.

To develop patient pathways and be responsible for developing the nursing service

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
