The Improving Together Project Assistant at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is primarily responsible for supporting the Head of Improvement in organizing key workshops and training sessions for the implementation of the Improving Together initiative. This includes managing the transformation portfolio, assisting with small quality improvement projects, and maintaining a comprehensive list of QI projects throughout the Trust. The role entails monitoring progress through various governance bodies, ensuring up-to-date content on the Trust's intranet, and supporting the communication needs of the Improving Together team.

Additionally, the post holder will assist in scheduling training sessions, compiling reports on quality improvement activities, overseeing procurement processes, and maintaining staff rotas within the Improvement and Transformation teams. The role also focuses on managing project risks, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to enhance project delivery and effectiveness.
