Hampton Medical Centre in Peterborough is seeking a Salaried GP to join their busy practice for six to eight sessions per week. The ideal candidate should be a fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration, capable of making autonomous clinical decisions and managing a range of patient issues. The role involves standard GP duties such as consultations, home visits, repeat prescription management, and health assessments, while also providing support to a diverse patient population as part of a multidisciplinary team. The practice offers a generous remuneration rate and the possibility of TIER2 visa sponsorship for both experienced and newly qualified GPs.

Candidates must be on the NHSE medical performers list and be prepared to engage in comprehensive patient care, including developing health management plans and contributing to practice audits. This advert is for a doctor who is already working as a General Practitioner in UK or is newly qualified General Practitioner in UK. We have TIER2 visa sponsorship as well with a generous salary. Hampton Medical Centre is currently looking for a Salaried GP to join our busy practice for six - 8 sessions a week. Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to support and care for a diverse patient group.

About The Candidate You must have the following qualifications:

Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration

Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self referred or referred from other health care workers within the Practice.

Be on the NHSE medical performers list

In accordance with the Practice timetable, as agreed, the post holder will make him/herself available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.

Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self referred or referred from other health care workers within the Practice.

Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.

Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.

In consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols, develop care plans for health.
