We are recruiting an Operations Team Leader to bolster our growing Frontline Operations Management Team, providing management/supervisory support for our Care Navigators in the Contact Centre.
To work as part of the Your Health Partnership Frontline Operations Team, they will be responsible for the day-to-day duties such as making sure their team provide good customer service and being the first-line supervision for the Frontline staff.
To support the Operations Manager for the Contact Centre in monitoring the staff's performance by having regular 121's. They will deal with staff rotas, deal with complaints and ensure the sites are maintained.
We would welcome applications from candidates who do not hold Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification, as this could be offered as a development opportunity during employment.
