We are recruiting an Operations Team Leader to bolster our growing Frontline Operations Management Team, providing management/supervisory support for our Care Navigators in the Contact Centre.
To work as part of the Your Health Partnership Frontline Operations Team, they will be responsible for the day-to-day duties such as making sure their team provide good customer service and being the first-line supervision for the Frontline staff.
To support the Operations Manager for the Contact Centre in monitoring the staff's performance by having regular 121's. They will deal with staff rotas, deal with complaints and ensure the sites are maintained.
We would welcome applications from candidates who do not hold Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification, as this could be offered as a development opportunity during employment.

- To provide operational and first line supervision of Frontline Operations staff on a daily basis.
- To deal with sickness/absences following the Attendance at Work Policy.
- Prepare and ensure full staff rotas are available for each quarter and make amendments when necessary.
- To oversee the distribution of work within your area via a weekly workflow rota.
- To liaise directly with patients, carers, clinicians, and colleagues to assist with their queries/concerns.
- Have regular 121's with staff to ensure performance is consistent and up to date.
- To provide training/coaching when needed.
- To ensure Mandatory training is kept up to date.
- Ordering supplies for their sites on a monthly basis.
- Processing invoices.
- Working with the Operations Manager to deliver KPI's for theContact Centre
- Preparing Data for the Operations Manager when required
- Attending Meetings.
