The Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is hiring an Operations Team Leader to support the Care Navigators in their Contact Centre. The role involves daily supervision of Frontline Operations staff, ensuring high customer service standards, and assisting the Operations Manager with staff performance monitoring, staff rotas, and complaint handling. The Team Leader will also conduct regular one-on-one meetings with staff, manage attendance, distribute work through workflow rotas, and provide training as needed. Additional responsibilities include ordering supplies, processing invoices, preparing data for management, and attending meetings. Candidates without a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification are encouraged to apply, as this can be offered as part of their development in the role.
