The Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for its Surgical Medical Acute Recovery Team (SMART) in Gillingham. This role, which offers a salary range of £28,407 - £34,581 per annum, requires a proactive individual who shares the Trust's values and vision for high-quality patient care. The Staff Nurse will provide clinical leadership, supervise patients and students, triage and implement care for patients transitioning home, administer IV treatments, manage wounds, and conduct virtual visits.
